Reservation info

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the 50% of the total  price of the reservation if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival or in case of non show.
• The guest will be charged a  prepayment of 50% of the total price in the 5 days before arrival.

•  The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
• · The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.
•  We will accept prepayment by: Credit card.

•   I pre-authorise guests' credit cards prior to arrival for certain policy types.
• · I block a fixed amount (€ 1) on the guests' credit card.
• · I pre-authorise guests' credit cards before free cancellation ends.

Children's policies

Children of all ages are allowed.

• Children under 3 years old stay for free when using available cot/crib. 

• People 3 years old and over considered as adults.
• Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid separately during your stay.
• The maximum number of extra beds and cots allowed is dependent on the room you choose.
• Extra beds  are subject to availability.
